Services Provided
AND DNA TEST provides DNA relationship testing coordination, at-home sample collection kits, laboratory testing coordination, and protected electronic results delivery.
Testing is performed by professional laboratory partners. AND DNA TEST does not perform laboratory analysis directly.
Personal Knowledge Testing
Unless otherwise stated in writing, testing purchased through this website is intended for personal knowledge and informational purposes only.
If you require legal, court-admissible, immigration, custody, child support, estate, or other legally recognized DNA testing, please contact us before ordering. Legal testing may require specific chain-of-custody procedures and authorized sample collection.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate order, contact, and shipping information
- Selecting the appropriate test
- Following all collection kit instructions
- Returning samples as instructed
- Contacting AND DNA TEST with questions before ordering if unsure which test is appropriate
Incorrect information, improper sample collection, or failure to follow instructions may delay testing or require recollection.
Additional Participants
Some tests may allow or require additional participants to improve analysis. Additional participant fees may apply.
If additional participants are recommended after an order is placed, AND DNA TEST will contact the customer with available options and any applicable fees.
Turnaround Time
Most results are available within 1–2 business days after the laboratory receives all required samples.
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary due to sample quality, shipping delays, laboratory processing requirements, holidays, or other circumstances outside of AND DNA TEST’s control.
Results Delivery
Results are delivered securely and confidentially through protected electronic delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and maintaining access to the email address or delivery method used for results communication.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of order. Orders may not be processed until payment is received.
Prices are subject to change at any time. Taxes and applicable fees may be added at checkout.
Cancellations and Refunds
Because DNA testing involves customized kits, laboratory coordination, and case-specific processing, cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the status of the order.
If you need to cancel an order, contact support@anddnatest.com as soon as possible.
Once a kit has shipped, samples have been submitted, or laboratory processing has begun, refunds may be limited or unavailable.
Sample Quality and Recollection
If a sample is insufficient, contaminated, improperly collected, or otherwise unsuitable for testing, recollection may be required. Additional fees may apply in some cases.
Confidentiality
AND DNA TEST handles customer information and test results confidentially. Information necessary to complete testing may be shared with laboratory partners and service providers involved in order processing, testing, payment processing, shipping, or results delivery.
Limitation of Liability
AND DNA TEST is not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers, laboratory processing requirements, customer-provided incorrect information, improper sample collection, third-party service interruptions, or events outside of its reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AND DNA TEST’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Website Use
Customers agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Changes to These Terms
AND DNA TEST may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
